- A grace period applies before suspension, then a documented retention period before deletion.
Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrades can apply immediately once any price difference is paid.
- Downgrades apply at your next billing boundary so you do not lose paid resources.
- Limits are re-verified on the node before an upgrade is confirmed.
Coupons & offers
- Promo codes are validated server-side against real rules (expiry, limits, plan scope).
