Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by friends or staff you invite to your server.

We provide game server hosting on infrastructure we operate (panel, daemon and containers). Service descriptions on the website - RAM, disk, CPU share, player slot guidance, backup slots, hibernation behaviour - describe the limits applied to your server container.

Measured resources are limits, not guarantees of performance; your server's real-world performance also depends on your software, plugins, worlds and player load. We do not sell "unlimited" anything.

Pterodactyl is the runtime control plane; the Crystalink dashboard is your management and billing interface. Features that depend on optional integrations (for example live console when the client API key is not configured) may be unavailable, and are presented as unavailable rather than simulated.

One active free server per verified account. Free servers may be hibernated (stopped to free memory) after a period of inactivity; hibernation does not delete your data. Waking a hibernated server is a manual action in the dashboard - we do not claim automatic wake-on-join.

Because the free plan is capacity-limited, we may adjust its resource limits or availability with notice, and may reclaim dormant free servers that stay hibernated for an extended period after warning.

Prices are shown in INR, monthly, with any promotional pricing and the renewal price displayed together. An invoice is issued before each renewal cycle; payments are processed by Cashfree. We never see or store your card details.

A subscription is renewed when its invoice is paid. If payment is not received by the due date: reminders are sent, the server is suspended after a grace period, and after a documented retention window the server and its data may be deleted. These stages are automated and visible in your dashboard.

Upgrades may apply immediately once any difference is paid; downgrades apply at the next billing boundary. Abuse of promotions (for example repeated promotional-price accounts) may result in those orders being cancelled with a refund of the promotional amount paid.

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. For abuse, termination may be immediate. Where practical, non-urgent enforcement is preceded by a warning and a window to fix the issue.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything irreplaceable. Backups we offer are a convenience, not a guarantee; the limits of any backup feature are shown on the plan.

On termination, server data is deleted according to the retention window; billing records are retained as required for accounting.

We aim for reliable operation and publish status honestly on the status page. This is a single-node deployment: there is no automatic failover to another region, and we do not offer a formal uptime SLA. Maintenance is announced where practical.

Support is provided through dashboard tickets, email and the community Discord. Response targets differ by plan and are described on the contact page; they are targets, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, players, revenue or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the status page with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the operator's registered location have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
