Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
Fair use keeps shared infrastructure healthy for everyone. This policy applies to your account, your server, anything running inside it, and traffic your server generates. Where a rule is broken, enforcement is proportional and explained in the notice where possible.
01Strictly prohibited
Illegal content or activity; harassment, threats, doxxing or hate content; sexual content involving minors; malware, phishing and scam infrastructure of any kind.
Attack traffic of any form: DDoS/booter tooling, port scanning or intrusion attempts against other hosts, Minecraft exploit servers aimed at crashing or compromising other players or servers, and cracked/pirated game software or assets you do not have the right to distribute.
Cryptocurrency mining, proxy/tunnel abusing our network for non-game purposes, spam, bulk email, and using the service as a general-purpose VPS.
02Resource use
Your container has explicit CPU, memory and disk limits. Sustained attempts to escape or exhaust these limits (fork bombs, memory allocation attacks, excessive process spawning, writing outside your disk quota) are treated as abuse.
Allocations are for one server per plan. Sharing one allocation between unrelated services or reselling capacity without a written agreement is not allowed.
03Minecraft-specific expectations
Do not use our nodes to launch attacks or lag machines against other communities, including via proxy networks or bots you host here.
You are responsible for your server's content, plugins and moderation. Public servers should have an age-appropriate moderation approach; we may ask about handling of player reports if we receive credible complaints.
04Accounts
Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for actions taken through your account, including server staff you give access to. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass the one-free-server rule, promotions, or a suspension.
Abuse investigations may require us to review server metadata (state, resource usage, network patterns). We access server files only when a report or clear evidence requires it, and we document that access internally.
05Enforcement
Depending on severity: warning with a fix-it window → temporary suspension → termination with data deletion. Life-safety, child-safety and attack-traffic cases skip straight to termination, and we may report to the relevant authorities.
You can appeal any enforcement decision by replying to the notice or emailing us. Suspensions for non-payment follow the billing rules in the terms, not this policy.
Report abuse to crystalink069@gmail.com with what you saw, when, and the server address involved. See the terms for the full agreement.
